Description:
Klübersynth DB 2 are technical
products free of silicone raw
materials for the lubrication of
sintered metal plain bearings
subject to high and low temperatures.
Due to the special product
formulation and additives, they
cover a large service temperature
range, offer good anticorrosion
properties, and in many cases can
even be used for lifetime lubrication
of sintered metal plain bearings.
Application:
The product is used for sintered
metal plain bearings in precision,
automotive, electrical engineering
and household appliances.
Application notes:
Klübersynth DB oils are applied in a
vacuum immersion process to fill
the pores of sintered metal plain
bearings.
In the case of Klübersynth DB 2-68,
the lubricant can be made visible by
means of an UV lamp.
When using an additional lubricant
such as MIKROZELLA GDB 2-68,
the service life of the bearing can be
clearly extended.
Minimum shelf life:
The minimum shelf life is approx.
36 months if the product is stored in
the original closed container in a
dry place.
